Think I've got some more, so...let's put them on 🙂
1) First one's more of a joke, but is cute never the less - Rachel McAdmas tickles Owen Wilson's ear with a piece of grass
2) Keith Urban having his ribs and belly tickled (that one was on a fan site of his, illustrating the fun fact he's ticklish

3) Red Hot Chili Peppers - John Frusciante's ribs tickled
4) Raoul Bove gets ticklish when his dog licks his neck
5) Ryan Adams getting ticklish while body surfing. It's from a concert and the gal that took it wrote on her blog that: "Ryan was ticklish during the body surf. After the song he made a joke of it and said he doesn't like being tickled"
