Tickle monster request

Hello! Is there anyone here who knows anything about a story about two girls being tickled by a monster of some sort? It is about (what I remember) 2 girls are caught by one monster on a boat and being tickled, and then after that, they are going to find the monster, which they find. I remember that there was one who called himself "u.n owen" Or something that wrote it.

Well it used to be on Yahoo groups got was deleted along with the stories sorry.

O.W. Owen should be the one to be asked since he made them he should remake the story.
