As to your question: absolutely! There is something entertaining about someone using the feet to tickle someone. Maybe because it looks odd and we don't see it very often but I think any body part that can be used for effective tickling is a good one! As to your question... I suspect that it's more enjoyable for guys who are into feet. One of the things I like to do with Drew (my hubby) is have him tied to the bed, tickling his feet with my hands and then slip my own foot under his are to tickle there. If the feet are soft and the nails properly cared for, it can be very effective. 😉
