In this scene, James Darke meets Dr. Cynthia Jones and explains that his tickle fetish is becoming a big problem in his life and has even cost him his job. She recommend a satiation therapy in which he will tickle her feet, but she won't respond. This should help break the connection between tickling and pleasure for Mr. Darke.
