Fingers. You can control them a lot more accurately than any implement, and there's no way that you can misplace them! Receiving gentle tickles with long fingernails or soft, round fingertips are highly underrated!

Amen! i, too, love the feather. don't know why, but the sight of a feather stroking a bare foot is so hypnotic.

q-tips also work with amazing results.
