There was a chap who went by the handle Buggie who did toons of women with enormous feet. Most of them involved said feet in horrific pain (not my scene at all), but there were a couple tickle toons that I've been trying to track down:
1: An auburn-haired woman (wearing a blue top and stretch pants) rolls on her back as each of her huge feet are tickled by three to four disembodied hands wielding feathers (seven or eight all together). Her head is to the left and her feet are on the right, she is unrestrained, and an empty word balloon with drippy fringe conveys her laughing herself to tears.
2: Similar to the above, but the woman is blond and wearing what I vaguely recall to be a red and white cheerleading outfit. She is tied at the wrists and ankles in a sitting position (feet facing left) with at least one gigantic foot elevated. The half-dozen or so feathers tickling her giant soles are self-animating rather than held by phantom hands.
If anyone could point me towards wherever they may be found, I'd be much obliged.
