Emi Kobayashi's takeover of Takada Academy is starting to take some peculiar turns. Not only is Emi rocking a new set of tentacle-like dreads, she's ordered every professor on the faculty strapped down and tickle-tortured round the clock. She says she's looking for an ancient artifact the Academy has held for centuries, but what could it be?
Meanwhile, at the hideout of the yakuza crime-lord Boss Shimura, poor Yumi Yamada has been systemically tickled until her sanity is drastically compromised. What's worse, the non-stop kitchy-koos have also caused strange powers to awaken in her psyche, allowing her to telekinetically torch anyone who touches her tender toes. Our long-suffering, pink-haired heroine Ryu Uchida seems to be being pushed in a similar direction, being feathered and tormented at Red Lantern Inn until she has bizarre visions. Good thing that giant squid she glimpses is just a hallucination...or is it??
