The world's wildest tickling comic continues as the mysterious Emi Kobayashi prepares for the second coming of the tickling squid-god Ikukami. With idol singer turned yakuza spy turned psychic tickling superweapon Yumi Yamada at her side, Emi is sure that she'll soon have the world at her shapely bare feet. Meanwhile, the trio of tickle terrorists known as the Three are putting a bound and helpless Miss Takada through hell, pursuing her through surreal mental worlds and subjecting her to delicious, uh, that is, diabolical tortures to learn the location of Ryu Uchida. As for poor Ryu, she's still captive at Red Lantern Inn, her soles and upper body fiendishly feathered until her own latent tickle-powers come to light.
Is Ryu really the last hope of a ticklish world? Is Emi really the reincarnation of Ikukami's ancient witch-priestess? Will the normally dominant Miss Takada's super-sensitive toes finally spell her downfall?
