Welcome to St. Sarah’s University: a small, private school in the Tennessee hills. The very image of small private college life, St. Sarah’s boasts an idyllic campus, all gothic architecture and beautiful landscaping. The learning in its hallowed halls and living in its dorms and quads is overseen by the smiling statue of St. Sarah, the patron saint of laughter, whose symbolic presence permeates campus life in a number of ways, from the academic research of the faculty to the extracurricular activities of the students. The four slices of campus life to come chronicle some of the more interesting incidents in a single year at the picturesque liberal arts school some lovingly call…Tickle U!
