Hey everyone, I've had something that's been nagging at me for a long time. There are times (not all the time) that I'll be listening to my MP3 player and if there isn't much sound where I am at the time then the music tickles my sides, espically my left one. It's even worse if I have only one earbud in or if I'm listening to it just before I go to sleep. Does this happen to anyone else?

Are you kidding me? I would put earphones in my girlfriend's ears all the time just to watch her scream because of its tickling effects....Angelin.....How I miss her.....

It can actually be really annoying though. Like I'll be trying to listen to music and I'll either have to take the earbuds out or start doing the insane twitchy dance.

Angelin would do that all the time, except, I just wouldn't let her take the earphones out of her ears.

Sounds like the sound wavelength or vibrations from the sound waves are the right frequency to trigger those nerve receptors. Never seen it happen for real, but theoretically possible. Makes for a great story idea....
