I'm a 37/M and was just in Las Vegas.
In Caesar's Palace they have a store selling electronics and also has high end ($7,000) massage chairs.
You can try them out for free or pay a little to stay for up to 20 minutes.
While the saleswoman (early 20s, beautiful Russian with long dark hair, long red nails, thick accent) was asking me how I liked it while trying it I mentioned it was great but the foot massage part tickled a little.
After trying it out I decided I wanted to stay a little longer. I was going to do 10 minutes but she said she'd give me 20 minutes for that price.
After I went back in it (you put your arms in there so you're kind of trapped for the session) she started talking to her other associate in Russian and this other associate came over (similar appearance to first saleswoman but a little taller) and asked if it tickled me anywhere other than my feet? I said "no, it's very relaxing" and then she and the first associate both start tickling me on my sides and neck saying I should buy this chair because if I use it at home this won't happen. This lasted for close to a minute and I just laughed but I was truly in heaven.
I left there feeling a ten feet tall!
