Tickled so you last longer or tickled to be broken?

Ok what do you prefer, to be tickled in moderation so it can last longer or do you like to be tickled with the goal of being broken? Which do you prefer?


Personally, I want to be nicely tickled for duration. I love to be moderately tickled for a long time, maybe hours...

i to prefer to be tickled in a gentle, nice, loving mannor, for long periods of time, as opposed to rough, attacking, merciless torture, designed to "break the spirit".
any who doesn't think that gentle tickling over long peroids isn't "torture" should have had a few of my experiences!

Actually, what I like best is alternation. Torturous tickling until I am forced to use my safeword, then gentle tickling until I have recovered my breath, then begin the torturous tickling again, and so on. 😀

actually Milagos that sounds like the best. Never thought of it in the context, to me usually you say the safe word and its over. But I like this idea.

Some people use two words: a safeword, which does mean that the session is over, and a slowword, which means to slow down and go gently for a while. ('red' for safeword and 'yellow' for slowword are popular.)

Mistress Zara and I just use 'lavender' for the slowword, and 'Lavender! Lavender!' for the safeword.

Hmmmmm.

Ineresting thread, JPie. I'd say, from my personal experience, that slow, gentle tickling that lasts a long time to the point of being broken combines the best of both worlds. I know, as a ler, I don't want to drive my lee too crazy, too soon, since to me the safeword is sacred (O.K. I abused it....ONCE) and I will stop if I hear it. If I can keep her on the edge for long periods of time, it more enjoyable for me, since I don't have to stop. (Although sometimes I do, because I have yet to break her, and I just run out of gas) As a lee, I also like it gentle and slow. I try to be stubborn, and hold out, you have to think of the other person's pleasure, but I'm quick to break, when tickled correctly, and if it's slow and gentle, I can hold out longer by just sheer will power. Stll, being broken can be fun. There's no shame in begging...or pleading...or crying...or screaming...or.......

For me, I enjoy the competition of wills during tickle play (all in good fun, of course.) Slow tickles meant for the "long haul" are nice on occasion, but generally I want my 'ler to take his best shot at getting a safeword out of me....😎

A mixture of both actually but I always DARE those tickling me to TRY to Break me! "Uncle" is a safeword for the tickling to stop or slow for a bit. "Rumplestiltskin" is the safeword for the session to be OVER.

Sometimes the tickling has to be alternated for a spell as to not OVER tickle the lee(victim 😉 😛 ) and desensitize. You don't want that happening, now do we?😱

IF a goal is intended to break the lee, a decent stragedy is in order.

I've fantasized about tickling a lee in a slow-paced, when's-it-gonna-ever-end session. In my daydream, not all of the stroking would produce giggles, gasps or goosebumps, but the captive would never really be able to relax or quite let their guard down, either. For all I know, it might be one of those things best left to fantasy(?).

Hmmmmm...your safeword depends on your being able to articulate six syllables, a little difficult under these circumstances, no?

(Actually, I do remember that Zara knows how to read the safeword in your face when you don't quite have the breath to get it uttered.)

Not only is the softer, longer approach my preference, but the other way is not even ticklish to me (except ribs with the hard kneading). Anyone trying to tickle me roughly only annoys me. There are absolutely none of the deliciously sensual qualities that come from the slow, teasing approach.

I apologize, because I know I'm vague in my opinions. I will try and be clearer in the future.

Bit of both...

I like a bit of both actually.
I kind of do the transition ,during my tickling, going between light and soft to deeper and more tortous. However the lee's preferece greatly influences how long I play in either "type" of tickling.
Sometimes get those addictive giggles with light rib tickles and then dive into the pits for that high pitched squeal.

Sometimes I will mix it up, deep rib tickles, but light tickles in the hips at the same time, or heavy armpit and light ribs...that kind of thing. Keeps the lee on their toes so to speak and gives the ler some variety.

The real danger for me..or actually the lee is when I find that "spot" and then I don't go away from it...always circle back to it. So while I intended to be light and soft I will end up lost in that "spot" and will only stop when I hear the safewords. Mostly because i am in that "tickle trance". The laughter feeds your fingers and then the fingers hunt for more laughter and it becomes a viscious cycle for the lee

Cool Beans, Jpie and Chrisheaven! I didn't know if anyone else felt that way about it or not. In my ideal fantasy, the lee has her back to me in a standing spreadeagle and I sit comfortably in a chair with arms for my elbows and a coupla feathers or brushes and just meander along the lee's back and sides for as long as I damnwell please. One thing about tickling: the tougher the bondage, the less the ler has to do. i.e.-If a lee is in a tight hogtie(for instance), just the most casual foot-tickling becomes unbearable torment. Ditto for a prone spread-eagle across a bed/massage-table/rack. There's even less chance to squirm away from the ler, and it's a tad tougher to breathe, too(but not in any drastically dangerous way).

Also: I know what you mean, Mealstrom. Sometimes, the grinding fingers into the sides, ribs, etc. is more painful than anything producing a tickling sensation. I don't care for it, either.

gee I really like you guys who get the idea of prolonged softer tickling, the type that produces maybe little giggles but also sends those waves of chills and goosebumps down your side...oh the thought of it...yummy. How about a single nail right down your spine, or when you take said nails and just lightly skim the panty line??? how about this type of tickling for hours....
