Man, not for years.
I remember when I was about 18 I was on holiday skiing in Austria, and met this Welsh lass at the hotel. We went to the pool one evening while nobody else was there, and started fooling around.
Anyways, we got into a pseudo-wrestling match that ended up in a big tickle-fight. ^_^

yea i've tickled girls in the pool, fun to watch them squirm in the pool and not get anywhere fast as i hold onto them and tickle them

*shrugs* I've been tickled a bit in a swimming pool during my 7th birthday. My cousin dived underwater and tickled my feet while I was in an inner tube. Nearly kicked her in the face. Amused me to no end. =D
Looking back, I felt like the effect may have been reduced by the water...though maybe I was just too distracted with trying not to swallow water while I laughed.

Can't say I've been tickled by a PERSON in water...but if you put your feet up to the jets in a hot tub...holy crap. xD
