This is a warning for everyone who wants to order a dvd at Ticklepalace.
I ordered a dvd `wench for a day`at their website and a few days later came a message from Kujman that there was a delay in shipping, but there was not to worry, I was not ripped off. Until now (half a year further) I still have received nothing and nobody is replying at Ticklepalace.

In this way I want to warn everybody who wants to order a dvd over there, because you will be likely ripped off.

Ticklepalace is fraud!!!!!

I always prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt.....but 6 months is more than a simple delay. I can't understand why they're still taking orders if they havent delivereed in over 6 months. Kuj is a friend of mine and I hate to think that he's doing that purposfully.

Over the past couple years I have read a lot of threads similar to this one Where people order one or more videos of his and never get them Or they'll get one but not the rest I can understand delays in the orders But when the person you are buying them from never replies to your e-mails that is wrong Hopefuly you will get what you ordered soon

If you ordered with a credit card, you should contact the issuer and see if they will reverse the charge. The Fair Credit Billing Act gives U.S. consumers certain protections against fraudulent billing, and many credit card issuers offer additional protections as well.

If it's a Visa, you can ask them to perform Chargeback code 430 (non-receipt of merchandise)...this will get your money back and the merchant will have to provide your bank with a signed delivery slip (ups, fed ex, etc) to try and refute it.

Kujman is too busy with this and that Rasheed mailed me but that is his problem not mine. They should take care of their customers.

Anything "Kujman" is "busy" with can't be THAT important. Contact your CC company and tell them you never go your merchandise. Not only will the company get your money back, they'll raise the fee they charge Kurt to use thier service or cancel altogether (with would be doing everyone a freaking favor).

Sorry bud, but you're just the latest in what seems to be a never-ending line of people who have had to either wait inordinate amounts of time for their videos, or who have never gotten them at all. I agree with the majority here: Call your credit card, and have the charge reversed.

Or when he went ballistic and threatened to sue some guy for calling local ren fair organizers and asking if Kurt was going to be there with his tickling setup? There is also the one when he let it be known through the TMF how he was injured helping victims on September 11th ? Or then there was his rant on the TMF about how we were all narrow minded one dimensional jerk offs, because we didn't get off on seeing him set light to ladies feet.

The other thing to note is that it is absolutely forbidden to make posts about him of this nature on the TMF, or criticise Tickle Palace in any way whatsoever. When I did I was threatened by one of the moderators that I would be banned from that forum.

The Kujman issue falls into plain old bashing because Kurt has brought that upon himself after many years of being a total asshole to many sincere, well-meaning longtime members of this community.

The reason it's verboten to criticise Kurt on TMF is because one of the top moderators of the TMF is currently a friend of his, and, being the Svenghali that he is, has actually created safe haven for himself there. I assume that sooner or later that will change, as Kurt is unable to maintain anyone's friendship or trust for very long...

And no, Kurt, you can't sue me for saying that, either....

I have just looked at some of the threads on TMF regarding Kujman. You don't have to be his pal not to want to raise that issue there - just to have some feeling for the cohesion of the community and not wanting to resurect issues that can only lead to negativity and anger. I don't see that that can do any good.

In this thread we are not dealing with history, but with a current question, which is quite valid. Kujaman has posted here this year - on TMF nothing for over 2 years. FRom the record, I gather that most of the older members of that community are happy to keep it that way.

First let me say that I have met Kuj. Second let me say that he has done much to harm many of my friends. I could not agree with you more accept for one thing. The top mods are not friends of his. I have met most of them at gatherings including Jeff himself at the last nest.

He has done harm to those that Jeff and others call friend and therefor is no friend of the mods. they want nothing to do with him nor posts about him. He is NOT protected there, merely ignored.

PM me and I can prove it to you, but I will not continue discussing it here.

No need to prove anything to me, I'm happy to take your word for it. I only know that there was once a mod at TMF (I am purposely not mentioning her name) who was VERY protective of him and would not listen to any warnings whatsoever. It could be that she's no longer with TMF, or it could be that she's learned her lesson, or it could be that he's not welcome at TMF and he's not discussed either. I don't know. Things do change. It does occur to me that I haven't talked with this particular woman in a long time, so I have no idea what could have happened there...
