This is one of my favourites and the one more time took me to finish.

She's supposed to be Rebecca Chambers, from Resident Evil. She's holding a Keycard with her lips. She must not laugh in order to keep her only way to get out from there in her mouth.

Heh, this is also my favorite pic of yours on devart as well, i must say i love the idea of tickler zombies and am happy to see whenever its used, now if only tickler clowns could become more fashionable my fetishes would be most satiated.
