Tickling and drugs

I was wondering whether anyone knew anything about the effect of drugs on ticklishness - I was thinking in particular of things like ecstasy.
Please note that I'm not trying to encourage drug use, just curious, and I hope I don't get a bunch of "drugs are bad"-type responses to this.

Knowing what ectasy does in MY opinion I would stay away from anything that gets the heart pumping any faster than it already is while on that shit.

Personally, IF you were gonna do anything and then involve tickling......smoke some weed.

Hi out~
I've done the drug thing in the past, I've been clean a long time, so please don't take this as a lecture. I also work in a hospital and have seen some crazy stuff. Please do reconsider this? Getting your hands on some bad shit could kill you, soooooooo not worth it. Although I don't smoke, I'd go with TTD's suggestion~if you have to do something, stick with smoking grass...
XOXO

To clarify - I'm not asking because I'm contemplating doing this. I have, as Steph put it, done the drug thing, to the point where I'm sick of it and pretty much stopped indulging some time ago. Ditto weed (really, I'm getting too old for all this stuff). My thought was - I never actually tickled anybody while on drugs or saw anybody being tickled. It just occurred to me that in theory something like ecstasy might heighten ticklishness since it alters and can increase the sense of touch, though in my experience I'd imagine it would do the opposite, or alternatively might have some other weird effect. So I was wondering whether anyone has had any experiences that might clear this up. And since some other drugs effect sensory perception generally, I wondered if anyone had any other drug-related tickling experiences. I wasn't looking for a recommendation!
TTD - I see your point, although I wonder whether tickling would raise your heartbeat that much more than dancing hard at a club for a couple of hours.

experiment and have fun. I agre that reefer is best. Ex could be ok- I'm more of an old school doses kind of guy. I would also try giving your ticklee some amyl nitrates.....................

OK...time for the resident pharmacist to do a 'consult'

most drugs (esp. street drugs) tend to dull the senses (the 'high'). This being the case, ticklishness would logically be decreased, since tickling is a stimulation of the tactile (touch) nerve endings. This dulling of the mind would decrease the tickle sensation, however, may either increase or decrease the erotic senses, depending on the person. Drug logic would tell me that it would take a stimulant (Speed, amphetamines, Ritalin if high doses, etc.) to 'increase' the sensation to thsoe nerves, since the stimulant would cause an increased sensation.

Amyl nitrate is a vasodialator. Has been known to heighten orgasm as it occurs, but would not affect ticklishness per se, since it is a nerve reaction, not triggered by blood flow

*********THIS IS NOT AN ENDOREMENT TO DO THIS!!!!!!!!!**************

No drug should be used unless presribed or authorized by a physician or other legal prescriber (varies state to state) and ONLY for the purposes intended by the prescriber!

But that is what would happen, pharmacologically speaking....

To clear things up I tickle my girlfriend all the time and shes pretty into it. When we do E she is hardly ticklish... Grass is definantly the way to go trust me

I have always wondered about the effect of laughing gas. Firstly without any tickling being involved, how does it make you feel and why does it make you laugh ? Secondly would it enhance ticklishness after a dose of it ?

Obviously there is the Laughing Gas Zone website, unfortunately that deals purely in fantasy rather than hard facts. What I do know is that it is illegal to buy in the UK unless you are someone like a dentist (a group of people I always try and avoid). Also people who have abused it have died in the process.

Interested in whether anyone has any hard facts on this.

Tickling would raise the heartbeat well above that of dancing in a club for a couple hours.
After a mere 5 continous minutes(non stop that is)of tickling, someone who is very ticklish and being tickled on a very ticklish spot, the heart rate increases significantly........not quite double but close in come cases.
Blood flow increases.......pulse.......overall brain activity.......Endorphin release, on and on and on.......

Sooooooooo don't go dancin' go ticklin' instead!

I've had laughing gas once, when I had oral surgery. They make you count backwards from 100. I got about 97 and I was out like a light. Very unexciting...

I did experiment a little with NO2 in my younger days - it's legal in Australia in whipped cream bulbs (or was then), and in the past I've been in contact with dental nurses who somehow managed to get canisters of the stuff.
It's fairly hard to describe the effect, which depends in part on how much you're having and the rate at which you breathe it in. As I understand it, though I only have experience with the latter, inhaling it slowly mixed with air through a mask at the dentist's and inhaling it at higher concentrations to get a rush have different effects (and also kills a lot of brain cells and can probably asphyxiate you or something). I could be wrong about this.
My experience is that it's hallucinogenic, and the reason you laugh is because everything just seems incredibly funny - not too dissimilar to the kind of experience you might have had on pot or acid (and perhaps going to show that there's something in the theory that humour stems from discontinuity). It lasts about 10 minutes or so, after which you end up feeling sort of washed-out and withdrawn, probably from all the dead brain cells.
Anyway, I wouldn't try it recreationally - it's really not that good, considering the risk of brain damage, not to mention that it's not worth feeling awful for the rest of the day for the sake of a 10-minute high. I understand it's safe the way dentists use it.

Caffeine is a proven mild aphrodisiac, so coffee or chocolate might be of some help in heightening excitement, but of course caffeine should not be used by anyone with high blood pressure or heart trouble.

extasy and tickling !!!! what a beautiful thing... I already doing it and it was bether than a dream...

I smoke grass with relative consistency, and my ler and I both feel that, depending on how much/the quality of what I smoked, my ticklishness increases...but that's me when I haven't stoned myself incoherent...

Regardless, I'd also stick to pot...I've tried a lot of drugs in my life...and been tickled while on several...but I'd say, if you are going to do E, even though it's not something I recommend, just make sure you KNOW where it came from and that it's not rat poison. Also, don't tickle while on hallucinogens...it can get a little scary, and can lead to a bad trip...my ler tried tickling me after I'd eaten some mushrooms one nite...I grabbed her hands and forcefully told her to stop...I was freaking out a little...but that is just me...

Bottom line: Pot is fabulous. Just don't smoke too much or you'll be too stoned to tickle at all!!!!
