Why do you like to tickle or be tickled?

For me, I think it has very much to do with the endorphin high. Whenever I fantasize about Michael J Fox being tickled mercilessly on the soles of his feet - I find myself empathizing with him a lot, in that I can imagine that it would be pleasure and torture at the same time. It would be torturous in the fact that the soles of your feet are extremely ticklish, and you just can't take it. It would be pleasurable, though, in the fact that the tickling sensation and resulting laughter releases endorphins into your system. So your 'sadistic' pleasure from wanting to tickle someone's soles mercilessly is not really from a desire to make that person suffer - but more from a desire to induce an endorphin high in someone. Or else, maybe it's the combined desire of wanting to make someone suffer and get an endorphin high at the same time. Anyway, do you get my drift?

I'd hate that to be an experience of suffering to the ticklee, and i have been wondering how to put it to words why it is, then, that the ticklee's submission to my touch is so desirable for me... You put it down very well!

I want them to lose control and enjoy it! I want to them to experience a rush from it! (actually, I'd really love it if it turned them on.. too 😱)

Actually I don't get your drift, unless you have scientific proof to back that claim up. I know that orgasm releases endorphins, but tickling? I'd actually think it quite cool if your body does release it during tickling though.

I think it's the laughing that does it. I think, if you have extremely ticklish arches, being tickled there can quickly release endorphins into your system. I think the reason why feet tickling tends to be the most popular, is because being tickled on the soles of your feet if kind of a different sensation than being tickled elsewhere.
