Tickling and Moaning...?

Last night, my dear Ler decided to attack me...we've both had a very busy week and haven't had much personal time for one another...so to make up for it, we were laying in bed, cuddling, when she started to wander her hands up my ribs into my armpits...normally, when this happens, I immediately start giggling and trying to move away...but last night, I moaned instead!!! I couldn't control it...no matter where she tickled me, I couldn't help but moan with excitement/pleasure/pure happiness...it was to the point where I kept my arms above my head and laid there, letting her do her worst, and moaning instead of giggling...has anyone ever had this happen? Why do you think it was moaning instead of laughter as a reaction? Not that I'm complaining, by any means...I just wasn't expecting that!!! Anyone's thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not with tickling, but simialr thing happend when I gave my wife a footrub once (non-ticklish scenario). She was so tense from the previous days that she seems to literally climax from the foot massage. Either that, or my technique must be pretty good.....😉

Not to that degree but I have had something slightly related happen. I had a f*** buddy years ago who I would tickle (she was constantly barefoot) and then she would jump me afterwards. She said she hated it yet she always let me do it and she was full on revving afterwards.
