Tickling Anyone?

Hey.I'm 32m Philly area. I'm a tickler and a ticklee, more or a lee actually. I love the thought of having my hands and feet tied and being tickled mercilessly! But I do like to do the tickling also. Is anyone interested in getting together and taking turns being tied up and tickled? I am dying for any type of tickling experience.
