Tickling at my friend's place

Yesterday I was at my friend's house, we'll call him Phil, bullshitting with him in the kitchen. Phil called for his girlfriend (Noel), who was in the living room, to come in and smoke a bowl with us, no answer. He asks me to go let her know so I did, as I move into the other room I notice she was on the couch with her bare feet up (Size 6-7), toes wiggling slightly, just looking at her phone not paying attention. Naturally I took the chance and wiggled my fingers under her arch and she instantly jumped and gasped. Hilarious

It ended with her asking Phil if he put me up to it, which he denied of course and she comes back in and says "So you just took the initiative and tickled my feet?" Narrowed her eyes, and went to get her bowlpack

Sounds cute. Just to help visualize the scene, are you saying she was on her belly feet up, or on her back with feet over the edge? And what does she look like? Like hair color, all those different features. Fun story no matter what.
