Hi there!

I've been lurking here for some time now, but this is my first actual post...

I have a question. I am certain that in a Forum so full of intelligent and unusual people there are at least some Burning Man goers (for those who don't know, BM is an annual arts and radical self-expression festival in Nevada). So, I heard that one of the years there was actually a tickling camp there. I saw several vague references about a "Tie-Me-Up-Tickle-Me Camp", where people could tickle each other in bondage. Has anybody been there, or at least heard of this? Who created that camp? Was it just a one-time thing or an ongoing tradition? It seems to me that BM is one place in the world where something like a tickle fetish would be accepted by people who do not share it...

..but I'm on the other coast and haven't heard much regarding BM. Perhaps the west coast people will weigh in here eventually...Welcome to the Forum, btw! Q

I'm on the Left Coast. I've never been to Burning Man, but I know people who have been, and they've never mentioned anything about any tickling going on. It doesn't seem to be congruent with the theme of the festival, which is open expression and trust (although,when you strip away the b.s., it's really a bunch of guys going there trying to get laid). I'm not saying that it never happened, or couldn't happen, but I think I would have heard about it if it had. 😎

I think it did happpen one year, that there was a tickling camp? I haven't been to Burning Man (although I'd like to), so I didn't witness it with my own eyes, but I seem to remember reading about it on AMT... Anyway, if it hasn't happened, it should! 🙂
