Okay I thought the corset looked a bit plain so I decided to mess with it. I discovered something that looked nice but didnt suit the corset so I applied it to the boots instead. Then I thought "Maybe she managed to get one boot off" Which translates to (Wow, it was hard work setting that first boot to look furry. I dont fancy doing that again).

To me corset #1 looks more like a tickle corset than the second one, but I can't say exactly why... How does it tickle her though?
The boot is again an entirely different story... you could probably easily tickle people with it. haha.

Its a tin of giggle gas labelled "Relax and Giggle Gas" and is used throughout my tickling universe by the characters when they want to have a bit of tickly fun with one another - but not everyone is thrilled by the idea. After a good spray everyone has a good time.

Nice! Thanks man. I agree with Ilohnoh, the "sheer" one looks more like a tickly-corset. Something about the texture of that one looks right. And Isabeau has an excellent point, pink is the color of choice for tickling. The texture of the first with the color of the second would be ideal.
As to how they work, I am reminded of a story site called "Damsels Under Glass". In a few of the stories they make use of a little piece of sci-fi they call "TIKLER" beads. Basically they directly stimulate the nerve endings without ever desensitizing them or chaffing the skin. Boots, corsets, or any other clothing lined with such beads would be wicked indeed when someone else holds the remote!
PS. Most of those stories don't feature tickling, but a few do. If you like F/F stories with lots of bondage, and explicit sex, I recommend the site.
