Looks like a tickling dare is included in the Do or Drink card game. The card says “Choose a player to get their armpits tickled for 30 seconds or finish their drink”

I had a mobile drinking game do this once when just with friends. Tickle x player for 30 seconds. Not even a "or finish your drink'. I think it was called Picollo.
