I don't understand the question.
When I get tickled I'm excited and when I have sex I'm excited too, but having sex I would have an orgasm, I never had an orgasm from tickling. An orgasm is the climax of excitment, so the answer is, that I'm always more excited from sex than from tickling.
Did I missunderstood the question or is the answer correct?

Tickling and Sex are different in my mind. Though tickling turns me on, Sex is more fulfilling for me. Usually tickling followed by sex or..tickling whilst having sex is good too. It's complicated and depends on people really, what you like may not be the same as another. Tickling hasn't always been a major thing in my sex life either, so its all still slightly new to me compared to some people on here!

It all depends on preference. Some people hate getting tickled but love sex and some hate sex but loved tickling (never met anyone like that yet) but question's a tad bit too one-side-or-another.
