I remember seeing a couple of good tickling scenes in some old cartoons. One was from Heckle and Jeckle, they were being chased by a policeman, I think. The policeman crossed a cliff by holding on to a rope. When he got to the other side, one of the birds started tickling him until his pants started to fall off. When he went to pick them up, he fell.
The other was in Bullwinkle, he was chasing the little bad guy, whatever his name is carrying a suitcase. Bullwinkle grabbed the other side of the suitcase, and a tug of war started. The bad guy started tickling Bullwinkle's foot with a feather until tears were coming out of his eyes and he couldn't hold on anymore.
Another was in the Flinstones. Pebbles buried Fred and crawled away. Fred couldn't get out and Wilma came over to help. She couldn't resist tickling his foot before releasing him.
