A difficult question to answer....I voted yes, but preface that by saying I'd be far more likely to tickle torture a celebrity (stranger) than I would my girlfriend or wife.
I've enjoyed tickling ladies since the 5th grade, but would never do anything to someone I loved that was abusive or torturous to them. IMO if I put my wife through "bound and gagged tickle hell" without her consent, it would be just as wrong as slapping or pinching her.
I've always treated women with the same respect I wanted other guys to treat my three sisters with....as ladies. If my sisters enjoyed being tickled beyond their limits (and my baby sis has told me she loves being tickled by her boyfriend)...then more power to them. On the other hand, my oldest sister is insanely ticklish, and hates being tickled. If my brother in law were to tie her to the bed and tickletorture her against her will, it would make me very angry.
Now if I had a tv show like Howard Stern, and had Pam Anderson or Faith Hill strapped into my tickle chair....or saw their bare feet locked in stocks at a Renfaire festival, all bets are off 😀
