Here are some more movies with tickling scenes; your last post generated "The Brothers Karamazof," "North to Alaska," and "Houdini."
"Personal Best" has a tickling discussion between Mariel Hemingway and her girlfriend, while they lightly tickle each other's arm hairs.
Mariel Hemingway has her ribs tickled by John Mellencamp in "Falling From Grace."
Jessica Lange has her ribs tickled by Joan Cusak in "Men Don't Leave."
"She-Devil," a truly awful movie starring the woman then known as Roseanne Barr in the title role, has a scene in which Meryl Streep's bare feet are tickled by a dog, who licks them while she is asleep.

Another for the list...
There's a truly cute little scene near the middle/end of "Love Potion #9" where the lady (forgive me, I don't remember the actors, I saw this film ONCE) is hanging out with the man who's trying to make use of the potion, and they're kind of falling for each other... while walking in the park one day, it shows her holding her arms out to her sides, and he's tickling her ribs, and she's not even cracking a smile... until he jumps suddenly down to her knees without warning, and she doubles over laughing. It's really quick, and is part of a long set of flashbacks with a musical overdub, but it's worth it, cos she's got a killer smile.
