I am no expert but did visit one once, years ago. You sit at the bar until you pick a girl, then go into her room and negotiate. So you tell her what you want and she gives you a price. I tickled her, of course. It wasn't super satisfying because she didn't quite get it, but she was game and it wasn't bad if you've got the money to spare.

But I wouldn't know about catering. My guess is that these days, things are different and you could ask if any of the girls "do fetishes" and see what they say. You could always call first. I'd bet it's girl by girl though, not brothel by brothel.
