Anybody see the ticklish question in the Playboy Advisor? It's the March 09 issue, first question! I thought it was tasteful and positive:

"Is there a correlation between how ticklish a woman is and how easily she gets off? In my limited experience, ticklish women seem to be more sexually responsive. --P.S., Kenoza Lake, New York
Advisor: You may be onto something. 'Tickle is associated with physical friskiness, a good predictor of sexual playfulness,' explains psychologist Robert Provine, author of Laughter: A Scientific Investigation. 'Good tickle, like good sex, involves give-and-take.' Ticklishness reflects a person's trust in the tickler; it's creepy when a stranger tries it. Further, there are elements of BDSM in tickle attacks; you'll find an active tickle-torture fetish community online..."

The article is actually thorough and lengthy. It goes on to say that tickling takes on its erotic charge moreso after puberty, the possibility that virgins may be more ticklish, and points out that you are seven times more likely to be tickled by someone of the opposite sex. It ends: "...In other words, a good tickle may be just what your relationship needs."

Hope you enjoyed. Anyone else see the article? I almost fell on the floor! I was at work and tried my hardest not to look embarassed. Oh well, hope you guys enjoyed.

Hmmmm I must confess I have not ever seen this article but it does sound very interesting indeed. It really had tickling in this article huh? Wow that is something else! Really huh that could be something to that, interesting very neat-saying that a woman being a virgin could be more ticklish than per se a woman not a virgin that is tickled, don't know about that but interesting, neat. That is very true-tickling definitely is a playful friskiness that is very true I agree with that. Yes I agree also with tickling-just like sex-tickling there is a give and take for sure.

Tickling as a precursor to sexual activity in adolescence is nothing new. Each and every one of us was tickled by someone of the opposite sex long before we even thought of having sex. Tickling is around us everyone and a normal part of human interaction. For us of course, it is taken up a notch, and involves intense sexual arousal, at least for the lucky ones!! The reason I believe the mainsteam media is not more into writing about tickling and acknowledging it as foreplay is because it actually turns on a very small percentage of the population, as opposed to foot fetish which is very common and BDSM which involves millions on a regular basis. Also, most people here are so deathly afraid of anyone finding out they like to tickle or be tickled in a sexual way, it remains closeted. I cannot imagine why someone being turned on by being whipped, spanked, or burned with hot candle wax is considered any saner than being tickled. If we all come out of the closet, the fetish will as well. Look at the bright side, our fetish is probably the only one that is socially acceptable to do in public, anywhere, anytime!!!
