For those, who like to get the complete clip:
Jordan starts with a cute toe-wiggling in her sandals (it was recorded during the cam-preparations, and Jordan wasn't aware of it - what makes it really cute), then her feet get tickled, because the sandals leave a lot of space for tickling.
