Me and my brother where sitting in my brothers room with my cousin, she's a blond girl i anyone wondered. We where talking and suddenly she startet to laugh at me. I said did you laugh at me? Yes she said and laughed even more. Then I said: Don't ever laugh at me, and I grabbed her socked foot and started to tickle it, she started to laugh and scream. I said: Tell me that you'r sorry, she said: No I won't- Then I started to stroke my fingers all over her foot, she laughed even harder this time. I said again, tell me your sorry, she refused. So I slowly took of her sock she said: Uh oh. And then I started to tickle the bare soles, she was tortured now, I said once more, OK. This is you last chance, say your sorry or I will tickle you to death, she still refused. So I took of the other sock and tickled both the feet. Her toes where curling and she was trying to get away while she was screaming and laughing. Then she said: Ok im sorry, ok I said, but you have to pay the penalty. So i tickled her feet for 3 more minutes. Her soles where soft and sensitive. It was a real treat 😉 hehe actually it happende today.
