With that ball-gag in her mouth, it's difficult to judge her reaction. I doubt she'd be smiling, though. Those nipple clamps are giving me hives. They negate anything he might be doing to her foot (which looks like borderline tickling, anyway). Interesting pictures, but too tough for my taste.
