Tickling resource in Philly

For those of you who frown on paying to tickle, read no further... I recently traveled to Philly on business.. I called the Royal Castle www.theroyalcastle.com and asked if they had any ticklish subs.. I was told they had several.. The only unfortunate thing about booking an appointment there is you can't chose (the first time you go there) which girl you'd like to see. I took my chances and booked an appointment.. When you go , you meet with whoever is available at the time.. 2 of the 3 girls I met said they were ticklish.. I chose a petite redhead called Scarlet and I wasn't disappointed.. She was extremely ticklish everywhere... I recommend trying it out if you get to Philly.. FYI.. take a taxi , parking is horrible.. $170 for the hour + $25 membership fee

I hear Paige is very ticklish also

I could recommend several additional ladies that are alot of fun. Darcy, Page, Systine, and Diablo to name several. I'm not familiar with Scarlet. You can see pictures on their web page. Very clean establishment. And they are always so nice. Happy tickling.

Toronto Domination lets you pick your ticklee provided she's available. Lady Cassandra emailed me her recommendations. I have two appointments on the same day with two different subs.
The price is 200 Canadian for an hour. Which is equivalent to about 155 US,
I have a question for the Dungeon Vets here. Is it expected to tip and what is considered a good tip?
And on the average are the sessions good. I mean can you be relatively merciless and how likely is the sub to say a safe word?
