Following a suggestion from kurchatovium, I’d like to give you a little info about German BDSM dungeons where tickling is possible.
The main difference between American and German studios is the fact that sex with bondage is allowed over here (prostitution is legal in Germany). Many studios are a crossover between brothel and studio, but at the pure BDSM places, not every girl might be willing to fulfill your sexual needs. It depends on personal like or dislike.
