Sarah is an accountant from Oklahoma, and hasn't done a lot of things before in her life. Well, if there's one thing she can say that she's done now, it's that she's had her feet tickled to the point where she's incoherent! She's got a thick Midwest twang that comes out as a cackle when she's tickled, but what makes up for it is tiny little soft size 6.5 feet that fit perfectly into the stocks -- all she can (barely) do is wiggle her toes! She's in her late 30s but her accent belies her soft tiny little feet ...
One thing I always loved to do when I had a buddy with older sisters when I was young was to trap their ankles over a sofa (usually when they were watching TV) and take a hairbrush to the bottoms of their feet. This clip reminds me a lot of those times, since I've got both a regular scrubby boar-bristle AND a very evil prickly styling brush, and BOY, do they tickle!
