They were roommates, Lana and Jesse. Jesse was a barefooter while Lana hated showing her bare feet. Jesse really wanted to see Lana’s feet. She saw them once at the pool and they were beautiful. She was sad that she kept them in socks and shoes all the time. Forever locked away from her eyes.
“Hey there Lana,” Jesse said as Lana walked back in to their apartment.
“Hey Jesse,” Lana said, taking off her shoes but leaving her socks on to Jesse’s dismay.
“I was thinking about getting a pedicure, would you like to join me?” Jesse offered.
“Oh, no thanks,” Lana responded walking off.
Dammit, Jesse thought to herself, I’ll have to come up with a new tactic. That’s when she had an idea. And evil idea…

That night when Lana was asleep Jesse executed her plan. Lana slept soundly, unaware of what Jesse was doing. Jesse giggled to herself when she was done as she went back to her room.
Jesse woke up to the sound of screaming.
“Jesse! Help! Something’s happened,” Lana yelled.
Jesse ran over to Lana’s room. Lana was all tied up, she struggled against her bonds trying to escape.
“Uh oh, looks like someone is in trouble~” Jesse said.
“Jesse what the hell is going on?” Lana said panicked lifting her head up to see her.
“Oh nothing,” Jesse teasingly responded.
“Did you do this?” Lana asked getting angry.
“Maybe~...” Jesse went to the end of the bed.
“What do you want? Money?” Lana asked.
“No, I’m not interested in your money, I want something else.”
Jesse then reached down and pulled off Lana’s socks revealing her sexy bare soles. She couldn’t help herself and got down and got as close to them as she could and also gave a little sniff.
“What are you doing?” Lana said getting more anxious as time went on.
“These feet,” Jesse started, “Are beautiful, and you are always keeping them hidden from me.”
“What?! That’s what this is about?” Lana said completely offended.
“They do not belong in socks. I just want to look at them at times,” Jesse explained.
“But feet are gross and not meant to be seen,” Lana responded.
Jesse dragged a finger down Lana’s left foot, “I think I will get you changing that tune.”
Lana giggled a little, “Don’t do that, it tickles.”
“Aw, what’s the matter? Ticklish feet?” Jesse asked as she dug her fingers into her left foot.
“HAHAHAHAHAHA!”
The power Jesse had over Lana, the reactions she got, it was very intoxicating to her.
“What a nice laugh you have Lana,” Jesse complimented as she continued tickling away at her left foot.
“HAHAHAHANOHOHOHOHO!” Lana laughed in despair.
Jesse reached her other hand over and began tickling her right foot, “Wouldn’t want to leave you out of the fun~” Jesse teased.
Jesse wiggled her fingers over both soles pulling more laughter from her helpless captive.
“AHAHAHAHAHAHA!” Lana pulled at her bonds and thrashed. Jesse hoped her bonds were strong enough to withstand Lana.
Jesse was having so much fun touching the coveted soles of her roommate. Although to Lana and any onlooker it may have seemed that Jesse’s fingers moved in random patterns. But Jesse thought before each finger stroke. She felt every wrinkle, she felt the softness of her feet, it was bliss.
“Tickle tickle Lana~”
“NOHOHOHAHAHAHA!NOTEAHEEHEESING!”
“Oh? Does the teasing make it worse?” Jesse picked up the pace while leaning forwards, “Would you rather I just keep my mouth shut while I tickle your feetsies~ Coochie coochie coo~”
“STAHAHAHAP!HAHAHAHAHAH!” Lana begged.
Jesse’s fingers made their way up Lana’s soles, up the arches, to the balls, and finally ended up at the toes.
“AHAHAHAHAHAHA! MYTOHOHOHOES!”
Jesse continued to tickle Lana’s toes despite Lana’s attempts to scrunch her toes.
“Wow, I can’t believe how ticklish these little piggies are~”
“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!”
Jesse switched things up by continuing to tickle the toes on her right foot while moving back down to her sole on her left foot.
“HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!”
This got even more laughter from Lana who continued squirming again. But then, Jesse suddenly stopped. Lana gasped for air before Jesse began speaking.
“So, here’s the deal,” Jesse began now sitting on the bed, “If you agree to let your feet out when your home, I’ll stop.”
“What if I say no?” Lana asked defiantly.
Jesse reached back down and began tickling Lana’s feet again, “There will be punishment. And I’d love to give you more… punishment~”
“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
“Are those feet still ticklish?~” Jesse teased, dragging her fingers up and down Lana’s soles.
“WHYHYHYHY!HAHAHAHAHA!”
Jesse dragged her index fingers in a figure 8 pattern. Jesse was having tons of fun playing with Lana’s feet. She didn’t imagine Lana’s feet would have been this ticklish. Jesse had really meant for this to be a negotiation. But Jesse got carried away, so it just turned into a tickle torture session. Jesse was tempted to go further, she had already taken a sniff and wanted to give them a little lick, but she didn’t want to completely gross out her friend. Instead, she tickled and occasionally rubbed her foot while continuing to tickle the other foot. It was the most fun she had in a long time. But eventually, Jesse realized she couldn’t just tickle Lana forever. So, she stopped and once again tried to talk with her.
“So what do you think? Do we have a deal?” Jesse asked.
Lana caught her breath and then looked at Jesse, “Ok… fine… If that will make you happy,” Lana finally agreed.
“You mean it?” Jesse asked getting excited.
“Yes.”
Jesse untied Lana who sat up and looked at Jesse, “You are such a weird girl,” Lana told her.
“Isn’t that what you like about me?” Jesse responded.
“It’s a bit much at times, but I can’t say I hate it.”
