I find the best tool is an electric toothbrush. Tickles like hell, especially on the genitals 🙂

In the terms of "Auto tickling" i have once had a girl tied up laying down, spread eagle.
then i attached a bunch of strings to the ceiling and feathers on the other end. I would cut the strings short enough that the feather would just graze her skin.
Once I had my preferred amount feathers in the preferred places, all I had to do was brush against the strings to start the feathers moving (and tickling). She would start squirming and do the rest.

I think i had her there for about an hour, she loved it 🙂

Yeah another trick I like to use that's kind of similar but not nearly as elaborate is holding a feather over the ticklee's navel to the point where it almost touches the inner surface and then letting them tickle themselves as they breathe in and out.

I'm a rare breed, it seems. I have an affection for hair tickling. It both tickles and turns me the fuck on whenever my girlfriends would do that to me. Especially the one I'm involved with now. She has amazingly long hair down to her ass and doesn't hesitate to even use it on my feet, tangling it up around them and then skittering her nails, kinda rubbing her hair into my soles and toes.
