It's an old Italian show..........

It was in the middle '80s, something like that. It was a kind of gameshow, where "celebrities" had to undergo ability or endurance tests - very mild, but the guy responsable for it seems to have a tickling fetish, he did use some on other shows along the years.
He's no more on tv, of course, someone didn't like that much...........
 
è uno show italiano degli anni 90 in cui delle celebrità principalemente italiane venivano solleticate e poi a seconda della risata un uomo doveva riconoscerle, l'ho visto su youtube!(scusate ma lo so dire solo in italiano)

Those clips are "ElGranC" and "Italiangameshow2" incase anyone needed to know. Their probably the best mainstream clips around! Just check the clips already posted thread.
