this "person" in Brazil is dubbing and selling copyrighted video tapes from many different companies. another example of someone trying to make a living off of other people's hard work.

i have some questions:

1) do any of you know who this man is? his screen name on here? his screen name on other forums? his whereabouts?

2) can any of you read in the language that is on that site and tell us more about what he's offering and how he's presenting it?

3) MODS, if you know this man is a member here its obviously your job to take whatever action you can against him as far as him not being a member anymore. this is outright piracy and complete disregard for the tickling vendors. his actions go WAY beyond too far.

i'd appreciate any input from anyone as we fire up the engines and prepare to close him down.

Precisely which vids do you speak of? I have no reason to doubt you, but the link you gave takes us to a page with the sites header, and nothing else. I think they may have seen this and removed the evidence.

It's ashame over your video piracy. It's good that you have taken a stand, but one man can't stop it. You know one guy with emotion and a million others with notions. Tickling is art, it comes with a price. For the producer and the fans. Anytime a person can find a loop in the system they will exploit you like there is no tomorrow. You need to talk to a lawyer for legal action.

do you know how many silly cases go to court each year in the us and we must pay for them?

i do not mean to put down your idea but by all means would you want to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars merely for a few hours or so?

I can understand that video piracy is annoying to the owner of a video company and the copyright holder.
But what does tickler n black think we are? His personal head-hunters?

His spying of every harmless Yahoo Group in order to denounce it`s unsuspecting owner in public is ridiculous.

This call for help in his "holy war" against a little brazilian half-criminal is megalomania.

I have a handy advice for him:
Together with tk-Annie (the Jeanne d`Arc of the company owners) he should write a letter to your wonderful Mr. President, telling him that this brazilian guy is part of the "axis of evil". This damned fool will do the work for him then and he could keep us unmolested.
