Hey guys, here is some valuable info that forum members in the NYC area next week will be interested in. To help raise money for the different charities, (see press release below) I have donated several old tickling videos and magazines which will be sold in the flea market section of the auction. If you get there first, then your selection will include the following videos; Solefully yours "Straightjacket Tickle" and "Tickling Preview # 1", Vidtech "Surrender to the Ties" starting Catalina L'Amour and Francesca Le, Prestige Video "Giggles", Calstar “Tied & Tickled # 11” and a few independent productions. I have also donated a few older tickling magazines from various sources. Titles available include Bondage Life magazines, Leg Show and Instep Magazine. NYC's 19TH ANNUAL LEATHER PRIDE NIGHT AUCTION
Saturday, June 22nd, 2002
The 19th annual Leather Pride Night Auction will take place on Saturday, June 22nd, 2002. Doors open at 8:00 PM. Auction
and festivities continue until 12:00 Midnight at The Puck Building
(a new location!) 295 Lafayette Street (at Houston Street, one block east of Broadway). This space is wheelchair accessible.
Jo Arnone, LPN's veteran auctioneer, will preside over hundreds of
items being auctioned, including leather and latex fetish clothing,
unique toys and equipment, art and Broadway theater tickets, and
much more. Leather Pride Night is sponsored by eleven NYC
s/m-leather-fetish organizations: DefendersNY, Gay Male S/M Activists, Imperial Court of NY, Iron Guard BC, Lesbian Sex Mafia, NY Panthers LC, NY Renegades, Pariah's MC, Promethean Guard, Society
Nocturnus of Gotham, and The Eulenspiegel Society and many committed
individuals.
In 2001, Leather Pride Night donated $25,500 to five local and
national charities. This year, Leather Pride Night will donate the
2002 Auction proceeds to: the National Coalition for Sexual-Freedom
(NCSF), Pride Senior Network, Heritage of Pride (HOP), the NYC AIDS
Monument Committee, People of Color in Crisis, and the St. Luke's
HIV Services.
Tickets for Leather Pride Night are $15 in advance, and $20 at the
door. Paypal payment is available at the LPN website
www.leatherpridenight.org. Tickets can also be obtained at any of
the sponsoring organizations, as well as the following supporting
commercial venues: David Samuel Menkes Custom Leatherwear, DV8,
Hellfire/Manhole Club, London, Paddles, Purple Passion, The Leather
Man, The Noose, The Noose at The LURE, Throb and El Mirage.
The Leather Pride Night Committee is dedicated to promoting freedom
of sexual self-expression, and actively works to improve the image and understanding of S/m and fetish lifestyles.
