About me: A 42 year old born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Middletown, New York with a three year stretch in Nanuet, New York. I am an avid sports fan who still inspires to return to school to get a degree in Communications and Graphics.
Personal Life: I was married to a wonderful lady. After 7 years of marriage we were divorced. A tough time but a learning experience. My ex-wife and I remain friends to this day.
I have an autistic 16 year old son who means more to me than life itself. My son has taught me how to be a better person. He taught me strength and patience. He taught me no matter how tough things get, it could be worse.
I am currently in a relationship with a an unbelievable lady that you people here on the forum know as Sadira. Sadira and I met back in 2005. I moved to Michigan in late April, 2005. Sadira has polished the finished product to me being a better person. Earlier this year ( Valentine's Day ) I proposed to Sadira. With her response of yes, we are in the process of getting ready for an 2010 wedding with the date still pending.
Gatherings: I have been to a few. NEST 2005 was the first ever gathering. Since then, Sadira and I have co-hosted the Michigan Gathering. We hosted a Gathering in June,2005 and October 2005. We also hosted gatherings in March 2006 and October 2006. We have hosted Gatherings in October 2007 and October 2008. We are currently preparing for a Gathering in September, 2009.
We have also attending two New Hampshire Gatherings. We have also attending gatherings ( three in total ) in California and a gathering in New Jersey.
Forum People Met: WOW!!! This list is VERY long. I will just give you some names and those that I don't mention, please know that you have made an impact.
