Hi All
Hoping to get some help here rather than cancel my card. I bought a 3 mth subscription late last year, got 1 month out of it (then it stopped and no replies to support emails), then discovered recently they've been billing me every 3 months but aren't giving me access to their content. My messages to their support still go on deaf ears so haven't had anything other than the automated reply. Does anyone out there have any contact details for someone there? If it comes to it I'll get a new card but would rather not.
