ticklish after being tickled?

After being tickled, does anyone here still feel like someone is tickling them? Whenever i get tickled, it always feels like someone is still tickling me when i know they have stopped.

I remember once this girl gave me fot rub and said you have very soft feet. Then she proceeded to lock her legs around my ankles and give me feet a tickle test. She would tickle my foot with only one stroke at a time with her finger but I could still feel the sensation long after she'd stopped. To the point that I told her to massage it or something to get rid of the sensation 🙂

I've had that happen with my underarms. There's a ticklish sensation which remains even after the tickling has stopped. I've noticed, it persists more if my arms are pinned down though.

Reminds me of a Laurel & Hardy movie I saw called "Way Out West." As part of the plot, Stan Laurel gets sadistically tickled by a beautiful blonde who is trying to get a title deed from him. He still continues to laugh hysterically even after she's stopped tickling him. Once he finally calms down, Oliver Hardy slips the deed back in Stan's shirt pocket so she pounces on him once again. Great movie.

I am inclined to think this is pretty common, especially for very ticklish people. I am certainly one of them. The way many of us continue to laugh after the tickling, especially intense tickling, has stopped is evidence of it.

that is absolutely right!!! whenever my abs are tickled, I feel it even after the fingers are no longer dancing on them, and keep laughing fr some time

LOL Absolutely, I had that happen to me the last time I was tickled. OMG it felt like his hands were there for like an extra hr or two. Not to say I am complaining about it though😉

i always feel like the feel of being tickled is still there even after the person has stopped tickling me. I thought i was the only one hehe.

LOL...that feeling lasts a couple of days sometimes for me! Last time I had a good tickle, my feet were still feeling it after 3 days...and my hips and ribs felt it for almost 2 days...am I weird???

It happens to me too. Seems like it happens to everyone. 😛

I also notice that when I am tickled I become MORE ticklish .

There is ONE spot, that I will NEVER EVER EVER share 😛. It is totally unbarable to have that spot tickled because the tickling sensation lingers long after the touch has stopped. It is so excruciatingly ticklish that it makes me insane.

But other than that... LOL oftentimes tickles make me more ticklish. And I specifically remember the first time I was ever tied and tickled at a gathering... I was laughing in my sleep many hours after the ticklers retired. I have NOT had a tickle experience top that yet. (still waiting LOL 😛 )

My ticklish reactions begin before being tickled and continue afterwards. I'm just goofy I suppose. 😀

i have a couple areas

that give me the same effect. eve after my wife stops to give me a rest (usually only after much begging)i'll still be laughing when she starts back in! this doesn't happen on my entire body, just the more ticklish places.
btw drew, i loved that sceen in the movie, i often wondered if it was staged, or was she really tickling him that well?
