Not here is a new idea. What happens if you meet an extremely ticklish girl (while you’re traveling, while they’re traveling) that lives out of state or just plain far away. (Some states are big) So… you dream about tickling this girl, you email her, or maybe make one visit but can't afford the time off?

Well what if all the people with this predicament net-worked. What if we posted data.. a sort of ticklee registry. Then we would each know of ticklish girls that DID live in our area! You would not be able to ticklee the far away girl, but at least you would know of someone in your own area who was extremely ticklish.

I’m not sure of the legality on this. Is someone’s phone number, name and ticklishness considered private. Names and phone numbers and addresses are mass published by the phone companies all the time. All the Ticklish Girl Registry would do is add a ticklish quotient (1-10?)
(0-100?) and a willingness factor.

Contacting potential dates, tickle’s (future wives?!) could be done covertly: Nice lawn you have there, do you always pick up your news paper at 9am?) Or overtly, (Hello, I found your number on the Ticklish Girl Registry. It says here you are an 8.7 with deathly ticklish feet, I was wondering if you had seen that new movie…..click…… buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" ………you still on the line?

As this registry would enable meetings only, and any first "no thanks" would be respected, the registry and meeting ticklish girls would not be in and of itself, stalking. It would be more like a dating service, or a targeted mail (male) campaigns.

In order to have access to the date base any subscriber would be first required to post information. Of course bogus information would be a problem.. Perhaps Pricilla, Jeff or Myriads could do verification house calls to spot check for accuracy and better rate the girls ticklishness quotient, using their vast experience.

You're joking, aren't you? If not, the passing on of 'data' on girls you met sounds misogynic and revolting to me. They are real people, not objects to fulfil our fetish requests.

It would be different, of course, if these girls would give their own data voluntarily, but that's highly unlikely. Probably feasible for the 'professional' women like escorts, or submissives of BDSM studios.

Unfortunately not all visitors to this forum would be benevolent ticklers, some may have rather dark passions as well, so I would be the first to discourage girls from giving their personal info for free abuse! It would be like a free database for rapists, providing them with the perfect key to open doors...

Maybe some female members should contribute their view on Ticklebug's suggestion.

Such a proposal is a joke: most people are far too selfish for this to ever exist.

I just know there must be more willing and ticklish girls out there that are too inhibited or too oblivious of this forum to offer information.

As for making people objects because of their ticklishness, well it’s a lot more generous than for their looks or money. We all have preferences in what qualities we want our romantic or business, or platonic, or play partners to have. My idea would merely lead you to someone who already had one of those qualities.

Let me say unequivocally, that my intention would be to enhance meetings for consensual tickling only. Any other action would be an immoral misuse. The reference to rape was completely out of line to my intentions. I can think of no college yearbook, alumni magazine, or newspaper article that could not be misused in the hands of immoral persons for stalking, harm or criminal activity.

I guess we usually assume others would do as we would do.

Theoretically, the idea has some merit, but we don't live in a theoretical world.

If I were to get together with a bunch of other guys and publish a registry of women we've slept with, complete with names, phone numbers, and numerical quantifications of how easy they are to get into bed and how good they are once you've got 'em there, then we would be denounced as sleazebags of the first water (and we would be). I don't see the difference here.

Yes, tickling isn't sexual for the majority of people, but it's still an act of intimacy, especially if you're talking about bondage or something more intense than a poke in the ribs or a kitchy-coo under the arm. Publishing something about a woman that would make her the target of strangers wanting to perform an intimate act with her is wrong. Especially if she were listed in the registry without her knowledge or consent, and I can't imagine many women agreeing to be listed, unless they were already into being tickled and really, really lonely.

Ticklebug, obviously I didn't make myself clear enough: A registry of potential ticklees is comparable to a registry of girls who are good at sex. Consent only in the action is actually irrelevant if there is no consent to be part of this registry. What would you think if your name and phone number would appear in a contact magazine for 'Golden Shower Fans' without your having ever placed an ad there? And there are ticklish girls who wouldn't be very happy at their sensitivity being advertised in certain circles! Please, don't tell me it's only for their own good to get tickled!

Of course, the abuse of such address material is highly immoral and illegal. But how are you going to ensure that an entry is made in good faith, not as a cheap revenge on some former girlfriend/wife, for example? And can you vouch for all those who read the registry? The comparison with college yearbooks or alumni doesn't hold; these publications never contain such personal info as ticklishness or tendencies towards kinky sex. Deliberately ignoring a danger doesn't remove it.

Last not least, one does not have to be a rapist to see a potential danger of rape for girls. Crime prevention doesn't imply any criminal tendencies of those fighting for it. And as I never alleged you being a potential rapist, you shouldn't try to tape that label onto anyone else. Okay?

I did not mean that imply you WERE, (sorry about that.) only that I HAD NOT fully considered all the potential dangers to my idea when I proposed it.

Your logic is correct. Consent to be tickled is not equivalent with consent to be listed as ticklish.
