So I’ve recently met someone who is into kink, and when I showed her a photo of a tickling video with feet in stocks, she said she wouldn’t be able to handle tickling.

Yes i don't think this is rare even in a good marriage some women are very hard to get into bed but once there they enjoy a good climax, this may ring true with tickling.
