Itm askes for a plug-in, and then connects to real player site, and then it says there isn't any plug in for that clip and exits =(

That's odd, have you tried downloading RealOne player which is also free from www.real.com?
 
T.I.B. said it was done with the newest version and will only play in the newest version, which sucks bigtime if you can't get the "newest" version.
