Several years ago I had seen a pic by pabuluz of his character Tiff. I think it was on a Yahoo group that no longer exists. It shows her tied to a chair, topless, facing somewhat left. From off to the left side, two sticks with tiny feathers on the ends are reaching in and tickling just her nipples and she is screaming with laughter. Anyone have this? It is not the attached pic, though the content is similar.
