Marina Vinhieri is a girl in Brazil that talks about curiosities and that kind of stuff...
There's a video with her in which she talks about tickle torture and its history, saying something about China and the methods. Nothing that's really attractive for non-Portuguese speakers, but I like the way she says it that she's ticklish:
In the video, her first phrase is: "Have you ever been tickled so much that you felt sick?"
Or "Have you ever been tickled so much that you got agonized?"

Considering she talks about feet tickle torture in the video, I think we can suppose she's ticklish on her feet:
