tiny toon tickling

I dont know what episode this was on but the duck was a detective and he had his ears tickled by some evil tickler person. cant remember what one it was

that was plucky duck. In that particuler episode he was having a dream where he took on the role of a detective(Daffy duck had a few episodes where i believe he played the same charactor, called "Drake Mallard"). Anyway, during the episode, Plucky ended up fighting a group of villians, one of them being an old hillbilly like charactor called "Ticklepuss" who i believe is more well know from his cartoon role(and i believe only other role)in a cartoon called "Injin Joe", where he aslo tickles injin Joe until he falls of a cliff.

I think thats about right. However, if anybody has any more info, feel free to provide it.
