TK-411 link not working for me

When I click on the TK-411 link I get a screen full of code. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks.

Issue Unresolved

Because the second link actually worked, I thought my issue was resolved, however, that link does not provide me access to the tickling story database. Whenever I click on the first link (or the TK-411 icon), I get the following code, but not the actual site with content:
